Stanley Lieber, dit Stan Lee, né le 28 décembre 1922 à New York et mort le 12 novembre 2018 à Los Angeles, est un scénariste de bande dessinée, éditeur et producteur américain de comics. Son nom est associé à Marvel Comics, une maison d'édition pour laquelle il a imaginé de nombreux personnages de super-héros.

Makkerparret Lee/Kirby skabte langt de fleste superhelte til Marvel Universet, deriblandt førnævnte De Fantastiske Fire (Fantastic Four), men også Dæmonen ( Daredevil ), Projekt X ( X-Men ), Thor og Hulk. Desuden skabte han Spider-Man sammen med Steve Ditko . Stan Lee døde den 12. november 2018, af akut myokardieinfarkt.
