1 de abr. de 2024 · The Ethel Barrymore Theatre was built in 1928 and designed by Herbert J. Krapp. It is the only surviving theatre that Lee and J.J. Shubert built for the purpose of staging productions starring an individual artist affiliated with them. Ethel Barrymore achieved stardom under the management of producer Charles Frohman.
Directions: By Subway, take the C/E to 50th Street, walk south on Eight Avenue and then turn left onto 47th Street. Or take the 1 to 50th Street, walk south on Broadway and then make a right onto 47th Street. Entrance: 47th Street, between 8th and Broadway The Ethel Barrymore Theatre is located on the north side of 47th Street between Broadway and Eighth Avenue.
