Reuven "Ruby" Rivlin (Ibrani: רְאוּבֵן רִיבְלִין; Arab: رؤوفين ريفلين: lahir 9 September 1939) adalah seorang pengacara, politikus dan Presiden Israel yang menjabat sejak Juli 2014 sampai 2021.
