Led by Shirley, the original group which came to the attention of Atlantic president Rick Blackburn, consisted of guitarist Michael Lamb, Gates Nichols on pedal steel, keyboard player Chris McDaniel, Wayne Secrest on bass and Mark DuFresne on drums.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (May 2, 2016) – Multi-platinum recording group Confederate Railroad is making their return to radio and retail with the upcoming album, Lucky To Be Alive. The project marks the first album release in nine years for the Grammy-nominated group, and will be released on July 15 to music retailers nationwide.
