It doesn't speak very highly for Mr. Shatner's source material that this the fourth of the TekWar TV movies and the only one not based upon preexisting material is the best of the bunch.. No doubt written to tie up the plot threads that have lingered since the first movie, should the title not have gone to series, this actually gives us a fairly engaging plot and I wasn't as easily distracted ...
