Kilencéves korától sportoló. 100 és 200 méteren is Európa-bajnoki aranyérmes. Korábban hosszabb távokon indult, de egy sérülés miatt áttért a 100 és 200 méteres távokra, ahol sokkal eredményesebb lett.
