Irena Szewińska-Kirszenstein (Leningrad, 24 mei 1946 - Warschau, 29 juni 2018) was een Poolse atlete, die was gespecialiseerd in de sprint en het verspringen. Ze werd driemaal olympisch kampioene, zevenmaal Europees kampioene en meervoudig Pools kampioene in deze disciplines.
