Adil Hussain (født 5. oktober 1963 i Assam, India) er en indisk skuespiller. Han har spilt i en rekke indiske og internasjonale filmer, blant annet i den amerikanske filmen Historien om Pi fra 2012. Han spilte rollen som faren Mirza i den norske filmen Hva vil folk si fra 2017.

Hussain started to act in college plays while he was studying Philosophy at B. Borooah College. Adil worked six years as a standup comedian before moving to Delhi for studying at National School of Drama (NSD) in 1990.
