No mesmo ano foi contratado pelo "Contra-Kreis-Theater" de Bona . Casou-se em 1995 com a modelo norte-americana Dana Carlson e teve quatro filhos: Valentin Florian, Luna Marie, Lilli Camille e Emma Tiger, com os quais contracenou em seu filme Keinohrhasen. Desde 2013 Til Schweiger também produziu comerciais com suas filhas.
Til Schweiger réalise parallèlement plusieurs longs métrages tels que Barfuss (2005), ou encore Keinohrhasen (2007). En 2009, il interprète Hugo Stiglitz dans le film Inglourious Basterds réalisé par Quentin Tarantino. Depuis 2013, Schweiger produit également des publicités avec ses filles [3], [4] (VHV-Groupe, Watchever).
