Chaske Spencer (pronounced Chess-Kay) is an American actor. He is perhaps best known for his roles as Sam Uley in The Twilight Saga film series (2009–2012), Teddo in the acclaimed film Wild Indian, and for his recurring role as Deputy Billy Raven in the Cinemax original series Banshee.
Biografie. Spencer werd geboren in Tahlequah in een gezin van drie kinderen, en groeide op in Montana, Kooskia, Lapwai en Lewiston (Idaho). Spencer stamt af van Lakota, Nez Percé, Cherokee, Fransen en Nederlanders. Hij doorliep de high school aan de Clearwater Valley High School in Kooskia waar hij in 1994 zijn diploma haalde.

Most recently, he stars in the feature film Wild Indian which premiered at the 2021 Sundance Film Festival, and for which Chaske was nominated for Best Supporting Actor for the 2022 Independent Spirit Awards.
