The Midnight After es una película de Hong Kong de Comedia de 2014 dirigida por Fruit Chan y protagonizada por Wong You-Nam, Janice Man, Chui Tien-You.... Sinopsis: Un minibús nocturno con 17 personas a bordo cruza el túnel Lion Rock camino de Tai Po desde Kowloon. Al pasar el túnel descubren que el mundo ha cambiado y toda la gente ha desaparecido.
The Midnight After captures those conflicts and emotions remarkably, such that its climactic moments work in all their nonsensical, lyrical glory. The film offers an open ending that’s not really a cliffhanger, so if we never find out what happens to the characters – well, it works anyway because the journey is really more important than the destination.
