1 de mar. de 2017 · Instructions. Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Butter and flour a 9"x5" loaf pan or Bundt pan. Combine 3 large eggs, 4 egg yolks, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and half of the sour cream in a small bowl, whisk to combine and set aside. Sift together 8 oz cake flour, ¼ teaspoon table salt, and 1 teaspoon baking powder in a mixing bowl.

Add the batter to a prepared bundt pan, then bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, starting in a cold oven and heating to 325°F while the cake bakes. Let the cake cool in the pan for 45 minutes before turning it out onto a serving plate.

In a large bowl, beat the cake mix, water, butter, and eggs on low speed for 30 seconds. Increase the speed to medium and beat for 2 more minutes.
5 de ago. de 2016 · Soften the ice cream and stir it around in a bowl to smooth it out before layering. Stirring the ice cream creates a uniform texture which makes layering so much easier. Freeze the cake for 15–30 minutes in between adding each layer. Make sure you have at least an hour to prepare the cake. See #2.
25 de mar. de 2021 · For the ice cream layer. Take the ice cream out of the freezer 30 minutes before you need to use it to allow it to soften. Cover the inside of an 8" cake pan in aluminum foil. Spread the softened ice cream into the cake pan evenly and smooth out the top. Place it back into the freezer overnight or a minimum of 6 hours.
28 de ago. de 2018 · Put back in freezer. Prepare the whipped cream: beat the whipped cream and sugar in a chilled bowl until stiff peaks form. Spread a thin layer on the cake and refreeze for 15 minutes. Apply a second thicker layer over the cake. If decorating, apply the sprinkles and other decorations now and freeze to harden.

Add the butter, cream cheese and extracts and mix with an electric mixer on medium to medium-high speed until completely smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix on medium to medium-high speed until well incorporated.
