23 de abr. de 2019 · The settlement allows John Joseph and Mackie Jayson to continue to use the name Cro-Mags with a caveat. They must be advertised as "Cro-Mags JM" (the JM standing for John and Mackie).
The Icemen were founded by Guitarist and Songwriter Marco Abularach who was joined by Noah Evans on Bass and Drummer Mackie Jayson (Bad Brains, Cro-Mags). Marco and Noah grew up in New York's Greenwich Village and shared a recording/rehearsal studio there- Studio 50. They met Mackie early on while attending the High School of Music & Art.
