  2. I think THE LURKER AT THE THRESHOLD has stayed in-print since its initial publication, a remarkable feat. If you are looking for a book by Lovecraft, don't buy this book. But if you want a fairly good and imaginative novel in the Cthulhu Mythos tradition, one that is rich in imagination and well-written, this is a good book for you.

  4. 2 de dic. de 2016 · Lurker At the Threshold is the first of the Derleth's "posthumous collaborations", incorporating text from three unfinished fragments HPL had left around, with the plot being pretty much Derleth's, inspired by the fragments. It is also far and away the best. In fact, Lurker, I have to say, is surprisingly good - this time around.
