  6. Sarah Lawrence College requires one letter of recommendation from a teacher, and a second letter is optional. Early Decision Agreement (for EDI and EDII applicants) Early Decision applicants, their parent or guardian, and their high school counselor must complete and sign the Early Decision Agreement and submit the form online with the Common Application by the application deadline.
