Crocodiles are a noise pop/indie pop band from San Diego, California, US. The group was formed in 2008 by core members Brandon Welchez and Charles Rowell after the break-up of their former punk bands Some Girls and The Plot to Blow Up the Eiffel Tower. Crocodiles' sound has typically been likened to The Jesus and Mary Chain, The Archies, and Tommy James & The Shondells.
Hailing from San Diego, California, Crocodiles is an American indie pop and psychedelic rock band. The band consists of Brandon Welchez on vocals and guitar and Charles Rowell on guitar. After they both departed from the bands Some Girls and The Plot to Blow Up the Eiffel Tower, Brandon and Charles came together in 2008 to form the band Crocodiles.

They have released eight studio albums, including Summer of Hate (2009), Sleep Forever (2010), Endless Flowers (2012), Crimes of Passion (2013), Boys (2015), Dreamless (2016), Love Is Here (2019) and Upside Down in Heaven (2023).
