15 de dic. de 2006 · This is the best Chiffons collection I've seen and I recommend it highly. First of all it has 20 songs, far more than most other collections, some of which only have two of the three top ten hits. Almost all of their singles are here including the songs they did as The Four Pennies on Laurie sub-label Rust.
The Chiffons are the archetypal girl group. None of them became household names when they finally split in the early seventies. No one Chiffon could sing the others out of sight, nor was any of them outstandingly pretty. They had no gimmicks, no wild-eyed svengali, and the kids who bought their records would struggle to name a single member.
