Ultravox (earlier styled as Ultravox!) were a British new wave band, formed in London in April 1974 as Tiger Lily.Between 1980 and 1986, they scored seven Top Ten albums and seventeen Top 40 singles in the UK, the most successful of which was their 1981 hit "Vienna".From 1974 until 1979, singer John Foxx was frontman and the main driving force behind Ultravox.

As stated in the edit history, I was involved in the production & release of the 2017 'Lament' 2018 other Ultravox album re-issues an, categorically, no specific releases were made for the US or any other territory other than the UK & Europe.
Mit "Lament" bieten Ultravox speziell ab Track 3 (Dancing With Tears In My Eyes) sehr schönen, äußerst melancholischen Synthi Pop der gehobenen Klasse. 1 Stern Abzug gibt es, weil die ersten beiden Songs mir zu banal und zu poppig sind ("White China", "One Small Day"), und weil das Remastering auf CD 1 (Das Original Album) wenig Dynamik aufweist und auch recht dumpf klingt.
