6 de jul. de 2016 · Having all 3 Phantogram CDs & the 6 song Digi-Pack, I hear how the duo still maintains & takes their sample-based sound, electronica, & usually dark, brooding lyrics to a higher elevation with their latest effort: part of the reason I love them. Three did not disappoint. All the songs are solid as are all the songs I've ever heard by them to date.

7 de oct. de 2016 · Three is a somewhat shorter album with only 10 tracks, and I'd say there are 4 fantastic songs, 3 good songs, and 3 songs I'm not too crazy about. It would be nice to have a bit more material here, partly because I like their music a lot, but also because the songs have pretty varied styles, so having a few more tracks might make the transitions flow more nicely.
10 de oct. de 2016 · It’s a reflection of collaborations exhausting the duo, settling for songs that could punch harder, hook quicker, and — even for the kids craving dance — warrant replays long after this year ends. So, yes, Three is a Phantogram record in that it’s a well-crafted release, but it lacks the originality Phantogram prided themselves on.
