Godfrey Lionel Rampling ( Londen, 14 mei 1909 - Bushey, 20 juni 2009) was een Britse sprinter, die zich had toegelegd op de langere sprintnummers, zoals de 400 m en de 440 yd. He turned 100 on 14 May, 2009 and was the oldest living British Olympian. Born in Blackheath, London, Rampling won the British AAA championships in the 440 yd (400 m) in 1931 and 1934.
In 1934, Rampling had his second win at the AAA Championships and then took the British Empire title with a British record of 48.0. He also finished first in the 1934 British Empire Games 4×440 yards relay (with Crew Stoneley and the non-Olympians Denis Rathbone and Geoffrey Blake).
