I hadn't listened to Amazing Blondel's England album all the way through in years - but after getting this two-fer I had a listen on the way to work this morning. It is quite an achievement. It's highly orchestrated with the band's acoustic instruments peaking through and their vocals well to the fore. Mellow tunes, flowery lyrics - amazing stuff.
