The only way I can succinctly describe Totally Blonde is to say it feels like something made by a pair of 1940’s B-Movie filmmakers who had been frozen in a block of ice and thawed out in the year 2001.With only a few months to acclimate to their new world and some brain damage from the thawing - they ended up making this.
