Achtung Baby (/ ˈ æ k t ʊ ŋ /) is the seventh studio album by Irish rock band U2.It was produced by Daniel Lanois and Brian Eno, and was released on 18 November 1991 on Island Records.After criticism of their 1988 release Rattle and Hum, U2 shifted their direction to incorporate influences from alternative rock, industrial music, and electronic dance music into their sound.
Brian Eno (født Brian Peter George St. John le Baptiste de la Salle Eno 15. maj 1948) er en britisk komponist, producer og musiker. Han er mest kendt for sin medvirken i Roxy Music , for at have opfundet ambient -musikken og for med sin særlige medskabende tilgang til lyd at have produceret markante albums med bl.a. David Bowie , Talking Heads og U2 .
