Blackie Lawless uses his gifted skill at songwriting like he did on “The Crimson Idol” on this album.
Nach dem Abschluss eines Vertrags mit Castle Records erschien im Juni 1995 das Album Still Not Black Enough unter dem Namen W.A.S.P. Lawless erklärte, dass er W.A.S.P. eigentlich hinter sich lassen wollte, einige Lieder jedoch im klassischen W.A.S.P.-Stil gehalten waren und es ihm deshalb natürlich erschien, es als W.A.S.P.-Album zu bezeichnen.

17 de nov. de 2006 · Ich würde behaupten wollen, dass "Still Not Black Enough" in gewisser Weise alle musikalischen Seiten von W.A.S.P. in sich vereint und - was die Songgestaltung und den Sound betrifft - die künftige Marschrichtung vorgab, was speziell auch bei Alben wie "Dominator" und "Babylon" deutlich wird.
